Leveraged Equities Limited (Leveraged) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited, that sits as part of Wealth Services under the Consumer Baking Division. We are Australia’s longest operating Margin Lender , providing gearing and cash solutions to Referral Partners, Platforms, and their customers for over 30 years.

Leveraged Operations & Support is focussed on delivering efficient and effective processing services for our Key Partners and Customers.

About the Opportunities

Due to a major acquisition, Leveraged Operations and Support have a number of casual Administrator opportunities to support the business acquisition project mainly with a focus on

  • New business servicing including activating product applications and updating client information
  • Managed funds administration including processing of daily managed funds

Full training will be provided for the successful applicants.

About you

To be successful in any of these casual opportunities we are seeking the following

  • High level of computer literacy
  • High level of numerical skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective two-way communication, keeping others informed and asking questions to understand team members' needs
  • Experience in and knowledge of financial service industry highly desirable

What we offer

  • These are full time casual opportunities commencing 1st February 2023 until 30th June 2023
  • Attractive hourly rate
  • Initially you will be required to attend the office located in Pitt St, Sydney CDB full time for hands on training
  • There after you will have a hybrid working arranged ideally split working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
